Dr. Houston, licensed Psychologist since 1982, accepts patients 18 years and older. She is a certified grief therapist, anger management specialist and Reality Therapist. Specialty areas include addictions, grief, stress, depression, anxiety and business management consultation.

We use contemporary psychotherapy (i.e. cognitive behavioral, problem solving, reality therapy, family systems and grief recovery) to focus on the "here and now" problems and feelings. We believe in short term, solution focused strategies to improve your quality of life. To the degree that your past may interfere with your present behavior, we identify and help release the barriers to optimum function. We provide a warm and relaxed environment to share your information and develop a plan toward your goals.
